First HPLHS project I was made aware of. Watched a copy of this film a friend had downloaded and was extremely impressed with the acting and production values. It was like discovering a lost film from the 1920s. I had to own a physical copy.
This film is a standout of independent film making. The actors and again -the astonishingly brilliant production values and superb adaptation of the Lovecraft classic bowled me over.
Obviously a labor of love for all involved, the extras on this DVD are a nice addition but it’s been a long spell since I’ve seen an indie film as entertaining (and as delightfully unsettling) as this Horror film.
Five Stars! Highest possible recommendation.
