This Is A Beautiful Book

This is really a beautiful volume. The large page size (35cm x 25 cm) allows the pictures and the text to be really well combined in a comfortable way for the reader. The pictures are brilliant --- detailed and expressive for the story. One can feel the doom, and I recommend it.

unexpected content inclusion of harm to cats. HPL's curse upon this production :(

We're sorry to hear that this element in the show bothered you. It was included as it is part of the actual history of Siwa, where the story takes place. Listeners should know that this is not a tale of suffering cats - this episode features only one fleeting reference to our (and HPL's) felid friends.

Hard boiled awesomeness

Raymond Chandler and Carl Reiner couldn’t have teamed up to write a better detective story! Was the “Blood Red Sphinx” Thrilling?…Absolutely! Was it shocking?..I thought so. Was it Gritty?..Like only Hollywood can be. Most importantly, it was the wittiest, funniest, “radio” crime drama ever! Well done, HPLHS!
