A treasure trove of ideas and tips

This book is a treasure trove. It's the kind of thing you can open to any page and get a great idea or be reminded of something cool about running games you forgot. If I get to run a game again I'm going to use this to improve my game. Part of that will be the use of props, which I never had access to before these wonderful maniacs set up this society.

Why can't they leave things buried

Listening to these adventures is always a delight. It pleases the senses hearing the adventured played over my radio gives me the sense of listening to a serial as it was meant to played. The acting is beyond reproach! If ever these are transcribed to actual movies just tell me where to send the money! Also, love the props as my binders are now at near capacity!

Like everything from HPLHS, they are stunning.

The Cat of Ulthar

I could not pass up the opportunity to enrich my cat figurines collection with an Ultharian cat, contentedly reposing on a picked clean skull. He is beautiful! Well made with great detail. Great conversation starter. I explained to my husband, 'this is a cat of Ulthar, and THAT (the skull) is all that's left of someone who was cruel to the cats of Ulthar.' Any questions?
