The Innsmouth look sticker
This is great for keeping away people who are bothersome. I often get strange looks from people who curse Innsmouth, as they make cryptic signs with their hands
I recently received my copy, and since we’d been waiting a while, the group was really eager to get started. And it gets off to a very exciting start! Judging by the book and the materials (some really cool stuff here), it looks like it will continue in much the same vein—or even more so.
I recently updated my membership to a lifetime member of the HPLHS after years of being an occasional member and now I feel truly at home among the inmates! I look forward to helping to spread the good word of the HPLHS and the mind-shattering awesome works they perform for all of us cultists. Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn.
I bought this as a gift for one of my Call of Cthulhu players who took on the role of party scribe and he has loved using this to take write up summaries on all their investigations. Highly recommended for other Keepers and Investigators (and actual writers even!) to have that classic antiquated feel to note taking.
I purchased a number of pins for both myself and my players and we have all been enjoying sporting them during our Miskatonic Call of Cthulhu game sessions. I look forward to purchasing more pins as rewards for my players as the game sessions progress and their characters grow, go insane, or die off and are replaced by the next generation of investigators.
The film evokes the classic Universal films of the 1930s and 40s; Nies' score follows suit, following in the musical footsteps of soundtracks like Waxman's BRIDE OF FRANKENSTEIN and Salter/Skinner's WOLF MAN.
