Had a little trouble at first, but that was me not reading it right. Very easy to use too! Have been to busy to use it much right now, however what was deciphered worked great! (And the message was not "Drink more Ovaltine") :-) When I get more time I plan to listen to the various Dark Adventure Radio Theater episodes I purchased and see if I can find any messages or codes. I like it!

While the codes themselves are difficult (not that it’s a problem, what’s the point of a secret if it’s easy to find?) this badge is really easy to use! I love the finish and quality of the metal and the wheel turns easily. The art deco and Egyptian revival of the 20s is wonderfully captured here!

Judging from the date of the earliest reviews for this item, there are now seven years of hidden messages scattered among the HPLHS webpages and products to find and decode. While I’ve made a start, it feels like I may never find them all, and I suspect some I shall never chance upon. But then, that’s life for you! It is always entertaining to happen-upon some new-to-me message, and give the decoder a whirl (well, a slow, careful turn is more advisable) while the blind sphinx looks on... Nicely made, if maybe a little heavy to be worn as a pin on all but thicker clothing. Get one, and you too can be 8 10 24 19 9 18 5 10 8 3 20 8 19 20 22 14 4 11 10 8!
