Dice Roll Generator

When the low hum of metal awakens on your fingertips, the Wheel from the primordial dark begins to spin. This is not a die to be cast. It is an invocation, a coaxing of non-Euclidean destiny. One flick, and the Wheel uncoils into its own geometry, a spiral of doom set in motion not by chance, but by unknowable intent. For this artifact obeys not the laws of man, but the edicts of spheres unseen.

Or, in other words, spin this nifty gizmo and it will do the work of generating the equivalent of rolls from d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, d20 and percentile dice. Made from stout metal, it has a pleasing hand feel and is oddly fun to play with.

Product Details

This spinner die is d4, d6, d8, d10, d10%, d12, and d20 combined. A gentle spin at the bottom sets the core in swift rotation, a subtle touch to stop – or let it come to rest naturally. Read the outcome through the fan-shaped window, next to which indicates a die's position on the dial. One side bears the visage of Cthulhu, the other the Nameless Star, herald of constellation alignment.

  • SIZE: ~ 7 cm in diameter, ~ 1 cm in thickness

It was slightly insanity-inducing to keep an eye on the tracking for this product. It spent 10 days traveling CA -> FL -> AZ -> CA. And then the tracking information stopped entirely for a week before it suddenly was "out for delivery" here in Sweden.

The item is heavy, well crafted and detailed. It spins beautifully, and while it is slower (it spins for a long time) than a normal dice throw, it feels good to hold and use. Not a necessary item by any means, but a nice one. And it comes in a pretty and sturdy box.

Love the way it spins for the roll and you get to stop it of your own free will!

Awesome design, decent utility

The piece is really well designed and its rendered great. The lines on the metal are etched in a way thats scratchy and looks weather worn. Love it. The craftsmanship is pretty good with some minor construction scuffs; the sandwiching of the outer housing isn't flush in some spots but thats a very small potato of an issue. The only real issue is that the spinner disc spins too well to be used repeatedly as actual play "dice". I go for a good spin and i can let that thing go for 2 minutes unless I try to manually slow it. That's no issue for me as I'm now using it for dramatic effect as a DM but someone who wanted it as a replacement for playing dice will have to mod it or figure something out which wouldn't be that difficult. Lovely piece.
