I bought this tee shirt and the design was off-center. HPLS replaced it superfast with friendliness and convenience. Will definitely buy stuff from HPLS again!

I’ve always wanted to show my love for Miskatonic University. I miss the nightly whippoorwill choir, the far off sound of eldritch chanting, the megalithic masonry of School of Forbidden Knowledge. This tee shirt brings back my youth in all its terror and unspeakable dread.
After finding a Misk. Univ. cup in the lunch room at work, I knew I needed this. Perhaps a little small in its size as I am from northern europe, so I am quite tall. (I bought women's L)
Great shirt, featuring the Great Seal of the Great Institution investigating the Great Cthulhu. Well, you know the rest.
Good material, size as stated, end, durable printing. A couple of times I met fellow Lovecraft enthusiast while wearing it in public.
I am astonished by the production quality of this prop set. My players' jaws practically hit the floor when I had them fill out the passports, and they've been poring over the Peru map so much that they have a better idea of where they're going than I do! Cannot recommend highly enough.
I've been limiting myself to one DART per month so as to take the time to appreciate the quality of each episode (and to keep myself from buying a whole slew of them at once!) and they continue to be amazing. From the voice acting to the soundtrack to the adaptation of the source material itself they consistently exceed expectations! Can't wait for next month!
This is my second time ordering from the HPLHS for a gift. First the website is easy to navigate and order from; items ship fairly quickly and when applicable you get an immediate audio file of the cd.
These Radio Theater series are great for Lovecraft and Science Fiction fans- the artwork is exceptional and all the goodies make for a real treat
The highest praise I can give is that one could put "The Whisperer in Darkness" on a double bill with "Them!" or "It Came from Beneath the Sea" and it wouldn't feel at all out of place. Watching it for the first time is like discovering a "lost" monster movie classic.
While a low-budget affair with a cast of unknown actors, it transcends its fan film origins and achieves the look of a studio production. The lighting is especially striking, with faces divided by stark shadows.
My only beef is that if this is meant to represent a film released in 1931--the publication date of the novella--it looks and sounds *too* good. Consider that this is the same year that both "Dracula" and "Frankenstein" were released.
"Dracula" has no music outside of a brief snippet of "Swan Lake," and "Frankenstein" has only a few minutes of music composed for the film, but "Whisperer" has a full orchestral score under the entire film.
In general, the movie looks more like something from the late '40s or '50s. That's not really a complaint; again, this is like suddenly learning that a hitherto unknown '50s monster movie has been unearthed.
Both of the HPLHS feature films are excellent, both as productions and as HPL adaptations. Hope that they do a third movie one of these days.
Great production and enjoyed the story.
