The scenario has a great premise with open-ended exploration and investigation options for the players. The main confrontation / physical obstacles are at the finale, which was great for our group but worth noting for those that prefer more rolls / chances for character death. We managed to get through the scenario over the course of a Friday evening and most of the day Saturday.
The props are fantastic in quality, breadth, and overall variety/volume. The radio itself was a hit and the players had fun digging around in the library and records hall. And the book itself was a huge surprise and hit with everyone.
I recommend this as a fully developed experience that you can run with minimal prep or expand on with your own clues and props. It's great to have something so deep that isn't campaign length.
