It's the most horrible time of the year!

A Very Scary Solstice finally merges the wonderful tradition of merry holiday carolling with the cosmic horror of the Cthulhu Mythos. The result is a CD and sing-along songbook that features twenty-five holiday favorites infused with a liberal dose of madness, horror and otherworldly blasphemies.

The CD features a cast of professional singers with each number beautifully arranged and fully orchestrated. Styles range from the classical to contemporary to nostalgic and just plain weird.

Our new and improved sing-along songbook features a handy pronunciation guide, an introduction by celebrated Lovecraft scholar S.T. Joshi, and the full lyrics to all of the carols, complete with ample footnotes teeming with bizarre trivia about the carols and their underlying mythos connections! And to top it off, we've included sheet music to assist you in your solstice warbling. Get a Choir Pack of four songbooks for the price of three, and go caroling with your friends and family!

NOW AVAILABLE VIA DOWNLOAD - Unavailable for many years, you can now get A Very Scary Solstice as a digital download of MP3 files. And, if you order it on CD, it comes with a FREE digital download.

Love It!

I'm usually not one for listening to Holiday music a lot, but I love this album. The music is great, the new texts definitely fun, and the production value is really high. I definitely will make A Very Scary Solstice a Holiday tradition from now on.

Awesome!

I have been hearing these songs for years, and I hardly remember the original lyrics. My wife and I sing them every year. Now that I have the CD, song book and digital download I am delighted.
