Typical US varsity item

For a European like me an item like this pennant is the quintescence of the US varsity traditions and culture.
It helps make fiction credible simply by hanging it on the wall !
Sorry I have no comparison with other pennants as it's not common here. But it's a beautiful piece of felt work for a very reasonable price.

It's a little smaller than expected, but lovely quality. I love it!

This pennant is a fantastic way to show fidelity to good ol' M.U. It's got a great, period feel and goes with any type of classic pennants you may have. The printing is sharp and it's a truly solid piece of craftsmanship. All in all a great (and subtle) addition to any Lovecraft fan's collection.

Full of typos

I cannot recommend against this edition enough to anyone who has any care for the fidelity of the text they’re reading. These books are absolutely riddled with typos - I’ve read maybe two dozen stories out of them so far, and more than half contained at least one typo. Many had more than one. I’m a big fan of the HPLHS, but they really missed the mark with this one. Far from being some sort of ultimate omnibus, this is by far the worst edition of Lovecraft’s works I’ve ever read, which is really saying something given the typographical quality of some historical editions!

Great collection

I had purchased the first two themed collections on CD years ago, I do seem to have misplaced the first one. This does compile some from the first two albums and I think there are new tracks as well (I'm not sure as I didn't look up the tracks on the first one). Very nice tongue-in-cheek renditions of the songs, very enjoyable.

This belongs in a museum!

...or in your shelf. :) We're already a year and a half into our Masks if Nyarlathotep campaign, but I couldn't resist having this beauty on display in the game room. Now to figure out how to build a shadow box to hold it...
