Recently, I ordered a Miskatonic University lapel pin, to show off my pride for my alma mater. The package arrived as expected, but when opened, there was no pin inside the little box, just the white fluff. A search of the rest of the bubble envelope failed to reveal the missing pin. A little deflated, I contacted the HPLHS store to let them know what had happened. They assured me that they would send a pin to me right away. What more could a fellow ask? I was very pleased with their response and grateful. Less than a week later, another Shoggoth approve package arrived at my door. My excitement was palpable, but something was different. Inside this package was a Miskatonic University sticker and inside the little box was not one, but TWO Miskatonic University lapel pins, one the orange and blue, and the other with a golden patina. I was shocked...overwhelmed...flabbergasted by the generosity and kindness displayed by the HPLHS store. I'm at a loss for how to properly thank them. I tried to contact them and offered to donate to the HPL historical society, but they have remained silent. I am truly and wonderfully amazed at their stellar customer service, and grateful beyond words. You guys are the best and I am humbled to be part of the HPLHS community. Thank you.
